Registration Information

How to Register

You can register in one of 3 ways

Register On-Line or mail by September 1st for Free T-Shirt


1) On-Line -  Select the On-Line Registration Link below.  Secure Payment is through Paypal. Use either a PayPal account or Credit Card.  (no PalPay account needed).

(Please read" What's New " below before registering)
Register On-Line (Closed- Please Register at the Show)

2) Fill in the On-line PDF registration form. Print and mail.

3) Fill in the back page of BOTB Flyer (mailed to past attendees) and bring to show with a check (Note: this is past the Free T-Shirt deadline)

What's  New

There are a few more options on the Form. 

  • Selling your Car?  -  Check the box on the on-line form and get on a special Car's for sale list.  Find the special British car nut who will give your baby a good home. This year we will publish an On-line For Sale list and provide attendee's a list in their goody bag.
  • Bringing your For Sale Car on a Trailer? - Select the "Selling Trailer" class for your car and reserve your special area for your car and Trailer.
  • Would like to Volunteer to Work at the show? -  Great.  DTSC Members let us know by checking the box
  • Would like to become a DTSC member.  Greater.  Can't have more fun in a car club.  Only $35.  Check the box to join
  • Can I Order addition T-Shirts? - Yes. This year just select the quantity by size you wish. One T-Shirt is given Free to all Early Registrations
  • Are a Presevation Class Winner? Wow now you can get all the chicks (or guys).  You've won first place 3 times in your class. Check the box and get your special award.
  • Vendors - no we haven't forgotten you. Thank you! Check in the fine print area below.  If you would like a standard booth area.  Register and pay on-line for the appropriate amount.  Vendor number not needed.  If you would like to make special arrangements contact the BOTB chair (contact information below).  Enter the fee's you agree on.



Fine Print

REGISTRATION FEES & TIMES (registering on-line is always in US funds )


VENDORS - $30 US / $30 Canadian

SPECTATOR PARKING - $5.00 / Adult -Kids Free (at the gate)

REGISTRATION - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

SHOW OPEN TO PUBLIC - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm



Registrations received On-Line or Postmarked prior to midnight

on 9/01/09 are considered “Early Registrations” and include a free

Event T-Shirt with each vehicle entered

Registrations received after that time, including all day-of-the

show registrations will be considered “Late Registrations” and

do not include a free Event T-Shirt.

Each Show Vehicle Registration includes an Event Dash

Plaque, Goody Bag, and is eligible for one of many Door Prizes.

Your cancelled check is your receipt. No confirmation of

registration will be sent.By registering, you consent to being photographed for publicity

Regular $30 U.S./$30 CD Approx. 20'X20' designated space in Vendor Area, Parking Pass, opportunity to reach approximately 400 car and 200 motorcycle owners as well as 2,000 British and classic car spectators and ethusiasts.  (NO T-shirt, Goody bag, etc.)
Car For Sale             (Parked on Show Field)  $20 U.S./$20 C.D. Check the For Sale Box. Car For Sale (not on trailer) and parked in appropriate Class on show field or in designated space in Vendor Area. Receives all Show Participant benefits.
Car For Sale               (On Trailer) $30 U.S./$30 C.D. Car For Sale (on trailer with tow vehicle). Must park in designated space in Vendor Area.  (Not a Show Participant - NO T-shirt, Goody Bag, etc.)
Bronze Sponsors Provide Goody Bag stuffers or            promotional items, products and/or services. Advertising of products and/or services via distribution in Goody Bags, on show handouts, signage, etc.  Parking Pass available as requested.
Silver Sponsors $400 or greater in cash, products, and/or services. Same as "Bronze Sponsors" plus: Sponsor name and info included on DTSC BOTB website for 12 months. Vendor location directly on the car show grounds.
Gold Sponsors Fee to be Determined by Need Same as "Bronze Sponsors" plus: Larger vending area, premium location, special accommodations needed (e.g., electrical), Sponsor T-Shirts.
Vendor Package 1 $200 80 sq ft 1/4 page Advertisement. (on site event guide) Includes 2 8 ft. tables if needed (contact event chairman for availablity)
Vendor Package 2 $225 80 sq ft 1/2 page Advertisement. Includes 2 8 ft. tables if needed.(contact event chairman for availablity)
Vendor Package 3 $300 160 sq ft Full page Advertisement. Includes 4 8 ft. tables if needed. (contact event chairman for availablity)
